Early 1800s antique Swedish mora clock in white paint with Classic Fryksdal inspired carved detailing on the body and hood. This grandfather mora clock is extremely unusual in its decoration and carved detailing. It has lovely wear on teh base showing its history.

This original 1800s mora clock has a good face with a clean patina and some enamel loss on the face.
The clock body is distressed as befits its age and has the usual wood movement found in clocks of this age.
the clock is sold ‘as is’ : as a decorative piece only with the original mechanism and pendulum but not guaranteed to be in working order – If you want it working we can fit a professional hi torque battery mechanism for time keeping ( +£250) or you can have a great sounding chiming mech which replays the recorded chime through a small speaker with a volume control and 8 hour night off switch (+£350)
The mech change and preparation takes approximate 2-3 weeks.
