Decorative early 1800s antique Swedish mora clock with carved detail in a white and gold later paint finish with mora written on the clock face.
Measures: 203cm.
This original 1800s mora clock has a nice face with a clean patina and some enamel missing/lifting
The clock body is distressed as befits its age and has the usual wood movement found in clocks of this age.
The clock is sold ‘as is’ : as a decorative piece only with the original mechanism and pendulum but not guaranteed to be in working order – If you want it working we can fit a professional hi torque battery mechanism for time keeping ( +£250) or you can have a great sounding chiming mech which replays the recorded chime through a small speaker with a volume control and 8 hour night off switch (+£350)
The mech change takes approximate 2-3 weeks.
