A truly stunning piece, this is a tour de force of carving, its all oak with solid brass fittings and the original key. The top depicts flowers and general floral designs, the base is carved with the date 1844, mostly likely this was a wedding gift
It can be used as a normal wardrobe with a rail as fitted now or I can have shelves made to be used for folded linens, for a price to have the shelves made please let me know
Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal age and use related patina marks but mostly its in very fine order

Condition
Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition.
Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
